2

Innovation

We push past the status quo with bold ideas and learn from both successes and failures to forge a new path forward  We are always curious and have a deep hunger to improve.

3

Courage

We stand up for righteous causes and people's individual rights, despite any risk of negative outcomes.

4

Community

We bring people together through common interests, objectives, or experiences. Our efforts are always in the furtherance of our community, our state, and this country's founding principles.
