Overall KTXF Structure and Fields

Audience Development
The Audience Development group supports all steps of the audience journey, from initial awareness to donor engagement and retention. This AD includes individual and foundational fundraising, digital platforms, and marketing.

Fundraising:
Major donors and Individual membership
Development services

Digital and Broadcast Platforms:
Our website, streaming technologies, CRM and back-office systems
Software engineering
Project management

Marketing:
Creative services
Events and partnerships
Communications
This team will work remotely.

Operations:
Information Technology
Broadcast Engineering
Facilities
This team will work remotely and on site in Lakehills, Texas

Finance
The Finance team ensures that KTFX's books balance and reports are generated timely.  Most work can be completed remotely.

People and  Culture
Our Personnel Department manages all HR functions and maintains KTFX's culture of Civic Literacy and Traditional Values.  This team works both remotely and on-site.

Corporate Engagement:
The Corporate Support team interacts with businesses that support KTXF as sponsors. This team will will work remotely.

Volunteer Opportunities:
Volunteering at events, concerts, and community gatherings hosted or promoted by KTXF is a rewarding way to start getting involved in the community and support our mission. Members of our volunteer program serve as ambassadors.  There are also volunteer opportunities that support the work of our Membership Team.
